The Foundation's main purpose is to build and maintain an endowment that will provide grants to staff and parents who are using fine and cultural arts in projects with students, in line with the Ramsey IFAC Mission "to engage every child's passion for learning through the arts".  There are several avenues that the Foundation earns revenue to build the endowment and provide grants.   Use the menu to the left to look at specific events & efforts.

Student-led Sales & Solicitations - The revenue from these efforts  have been instrumental in building the endowment, and giving out $284,454 in grants to staff since 1996.

Donations - While donations are not a major source of funding, the importance of individual & corporate donors can not be overlooked.  If every family in Ramsey donated $5 per month during the school year, the Foundation would earn $27,000 annually on the donations alone.  Join our list of donors now!

Scrip & Amazon.com - The Foundation earns money on purchases made by families through these companies.  Families do not need to make any extra effort.  Fees are earned through "shopping cart" or budget-based purchases.  Please read more to see how your regular and daily purchases can help us!

GoodSearch - Every time someone uses GoodSearch (powered by Yahoo) to search the internet, the Foundation earns a penny.  Make sure you enter:  RIFAC FOUNDATION for your charity.

Fundraiser Requests - All groups wishing to hold fundraisers at Ramsey need to complete an application form and submit their request to the Foundation Board.  The Foundation will then submit the information to the Site Council, and provide information to the applicant for building and volunteer needs.  All fundraisers held on behalf of Ramsey IFAC contribute 15% of their revenue to the endowment fund.
